The regular season is over, but the work is just beginning for the Boston Red Sox.
It’s now time for the postseason, as the Red Sox hope to win a fourth World Series since the turn of the century and send David Ortiz out on top.
“The season’s over with now,” right fielder Mookie Betts said on “Red Sox Final” after Sunday’s loss to the Toronto Blue Jays. “We’re in the playoffs, and anything can happen now. Just continue to play the game we’ve been playing.”
