Brock Lesnar Will Not Be Punished By WWE For Failing UFC Drug Tests

Brock Lesnar has yet to be punished by the UFC for failing two drug tests, much to the chagrin of UFC 200 opponent Mark Hunt.

And on Tuesday, TMZ learned that the WWE won’t be putting the hammer down on Lesnar at all.

The reason? Lesnar is not a full-time performer for the WWE.

“WWE’s talent wellness program does not apply to part-time performers such as Brock Lesnar,” a WWE spokesperson told TMZ. An official also stated that the WWE is a “show business” and that its wellness program was intended to keep full-time performers healthy.

Lesnar has only fought in 19 matches for the WWE dating back to 2014. The average full-time WWE wrestler fights in more than 200 matches annually.

This means that Lesnar will be able to fight at “Monday Night RAW” this upcoming week and is still slated to fight Randy Orton at SummerSlam in Brooklyn on August 21st.
