Thomas took the TD Garden floor just one day after his 22-year-old sister tragically was killed in a single-car crash in Washington early Saturday morning. But just when you thought Thomas ran out of amazing moments, the All-Star point guard delivered another one Sunday night. Although the Celtics ultimately were edged by the Chicago Bulls 106-102, Thomas turned in a tremendous performance despite the circumstances. Playoff Hockey Returns To Boston As Part Of Busy Patriots’ Day Sports Schedule
Share this: Patriots’ Day 2017 is going to provide many hours of sports fun for the people of Boston. The Boston Marathon will begin early in the morning, followed by the Boston Red Sox’s 11 a.m. matinee against the Tampa Bay Rays at Fenway Park, and then finally the Boston Bruins will resume their first-round playoff series against the Ottawa Senators with Game 3 at TD Garden. It’s actually the first Bruins playoff game in Boston since the B’s were eliminated by the rival Montreal Canadiens in Game 7 of the 2014 Eastern Conference semifinals. The New England Patriots tight end dressed up like an Easter bunny and spiked a huge egg (or at least we assumed he did) to celebrate the holiday Sunday. He posted a photo of it on Twitter. Gronk has been having a lot of fun this offseason. He made an appearance at Wrestlemania earlier this month, and he even tried freestyle rapping.
