Florida State Receiver Sits Down, Has Lunch With Student Eating By Himself

The Florida State football program, at times over the last few years, has been an utter disaster.

But if more players and members of the program start handling their business like wide receiver Travis Rudolph, the Seminoles might find themselves in a better place.

The junior wideout is getting viral acclaim for his random act of kindness Tuesday at Montford Middle School in Tallahassee.

Rudolph and his FSU teammates made an appearance at the school, which is where Rudolph saw Bo Paske, an autistic student sitting by himself at lunch. Rudolph sat down and joined Bo, an interaction captured by someone at the school, who eventually sent the photo to Bo’s mother.

Leah Paske then posted the following to here Facebook page.

“I asked could I sit with him and he said, ‘Sure, why not?’” Rudolph said, per Seminoles.com. “… He told me his name was Bo, how much he loves Florida State. And we went from there.”

Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher expressed how proud he was of his player.
