Josh Reddick’s Two-Run Home Run Propels Red Sox to Series-Opening Win in Seattle

Josh Reddick has come back to Earth some since his hot start after being called up earlier this season. That’s to be expected as the young outfielder got more at-bats and thus, gave pitchers around the league more information on him.

That said, the right fielder came up big again on Friday night for the Sox when he cleaned out an offering from Mariners pitcher Blake Beavan for a two-run home run. That blast ended up being the difference in a 6-4 win for Boston.

Reddick spoke with NESN’s Heidi Watney after the game. See what he had to say in the video above from NESN Daily.
