NBA MVP Steph Curry hits the links with President Barack Obama every now and then. He also admits that the Commander in Chief beats him in golf. However, while appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Curry revealed one of the surprising reasons why.
Apparently, Obama is a trash-talker.
Curry refrained from stating Obama’s handicap, which was one of the reasons the president was able to overcome the skill of Curry, an avid golfer, on the scorecard. But it wasn’t the only reason — Curry admitted to being flustered when Obama started talking smack.
First Lady Michelle Obama also appeared on the show and didn’t seem surprised at her husband’s method of competing. She did, however, tell Curry to give it back to him — in the form of making fun of Obama’s big ears.
