Penguins’ Phil Kessel, Blackhawks’ Artemi Panarin Among NHL All-Star Game Snubs

On Tuesday, the NHL revealed the rosters for the upcoming All-Star Game in Los Angeles.

The game will feature the league’s best players from the Eastern and Western conferences who have shined in the first half of the season. However, some players deserving of the honor did not make the cut.

Pittsburgh Penguins winger Phil Kessel has had a great first half and has been a major part of the team’s success, as has Artemi Panarin for the Chicago Blackhawks.
