I couldn’t give this five stars only because I haven’t had to use it yet. But in just reading through it and the way it’s organized, I think it’ll save alot of time on questionable items. I like the illustrations and the fact that it is water resistent.

The player need not buy the official USGA Rule Book. If you can’t locate the rule with the index tab of this book (that corresponds with the position of your ball where the ruling is needed), you ain’t gonna locate the rule in the Official USGA Rule Book.
