Share this: Jason Kipnis knows better. Texas Ranger second baseman Rougned Odor made himself a household name earlier this season when he blasted Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista square in the jaw following a hard takeout slide. Kipnis clearly didn’t want to be Odor’s next victim, so he chose a different path Thursday night when Odor went flying into second base in an attempt to break up a double play. Rather than put up his dukes like Bautista, Kipnis immediately backed away from Odor. It was a playful gesture by the Cleveland Indians second baseman, and one that Odor and the Rangers’ dugout couldn’t help but smile about as Kipnis ran off the field. More Stories Source link
