Lakers Fans Are Super Excited About Fake Rookies Too, Kings’ Video Reveals

Share this: Some Los Angeles Lakers fans don’t even know what excites them. The Sacramento Kings communications team exposed how little Lakers fans know about their roster Monday night in a social-media video. The Kings interviewed Lakers fans during the teams’ recent NBA Summer League game in Las Vegas, asking them what they’re expecting from rookies Sean Carter (Jay-Z) and Ned Stark (from “Game of Thrones). Lakers Draft Pick Lonzo Ball Named 2017 NBA Summer League MVP

Share this: Lonzo Ball hasn’t yet played a regular-season game for the Los Angeles Lakers, but he’s already got a new addition for his trophy case. Ball was named NBA Summer League MVP on Monday, and also was named to the first team All-Summer League. Share this: For better or worse, the full scouting report on Lonzo Ball involves more than just Lonzo Ball. We’re talking, of course, about Ball’s larger-than-life father, LaVar, who can’t seem to get out of his son’s way as he pursues his NBA dream. Case in point: Philadelphia 76ers special adviser Jerry Colangelo was asked Friday for his thoughts on Ball, who reportedly is considering working out for the Sixers ahead of the 2017 NBA Draft. “I think Ball is a terrific prospect and could have an outstanding NBA future,” Colangelo told the “Carlin and Reese” radio show on Philly’s 94 WIP, via ESPN.com. “I think it’s going to be challenging with the people around him, without being specific.” Translation: Ball is a great
