Share this: Did you know Chris Hogan used to play lacrosse? We’re guessing you do, as the anecdote frequently was mentioned throughout the New England Patriots’ 2016-17 campaign. The Pats wideout played collegiate lacrosse for three seasons at Penn State before transferring to Monmouth, where he’d trade his lacrosse stick for football pads. The transition to football ended up working out pretty well for Hogan, as he recently became a Super Bowl champion as a result of New England’s thrilling victory in Super Bowl LI. Hogan evidently still has the itch for lacrosse, though, as he officially returned to the sport Friday. Well, kind of. Hogan inked a one-day contract with the National Lacrosse League’s New England Black Wolves and will serve as honorary captain for the

Favre hasn’t played in the NFL since 2010, but Alford told TMZ that he thinks that Favre still could play in the league with a decent offensive line. The Falcons CB also said Favre didn’t even warm up, he just walked onto the field and started throwing lasers. The former Green Bay Packers quarterback did miss on a couple throws, but that’s understandable after six years away from the gridiron. Still, with that

by Zack Cox on Fri, Mar 17, 2017 at 3:42PM 2,528 Share this: Duron Harmon opted not to take his talents elsewhere when he hit free agency last week, instead choosing to re-sign with the New England Patriots on a four-year, $17 million contract. Harmon did his due diligence after hitting the open market, but the decision to remain in New England was not a difficult one. “The free agency process, it was a good process,” the safety said Friday in a conference call with reporters. “You got to go out there, you got to be a free agent, you got to see where people value your skills at, what you put on tape for the first four years of your career.
