This elliptical trainer has worked very well. You do have to retighted the screws after initial use. Then it works GREAT! It has been providing everything that I was looking for in a home elliptical. My husband even stated he wants to start using it. If you are looking for a sensible price for a well-working machine this is it. Plan to spend 3-4 hours putting it together. Read the directions and study the photos very close before installing any screws or you will be removing and re-installing them! One step in the installation is taking two pieces apart, which was not show or explained. This is the two covers that go on the right and left arm pieces. The rear stabilization bar can be installed in reverse, so be aware of that. Otherwise, installation was ok, I just didn’t read and study it close enough. The picture graph that came with the screw box was a very good aide. Orient it with the box and it will go much quicker. All tools required were not provided, but, I only had to get two other tools from my supply. You will need two D cell batteries. If it becomes too much of a headache, a phone number is provided that you can call and set up an appointment for someone to come and put it together for you.
