A person accused of sexually assaulting a 71-year-old lady Friday in west suburban Aurora was ordered held on a $1 million bail.
Khamsaume Xayvong, 57, is charged with three felony counts of aggravated legal sexual assault, aggravated battery and illegal restraint, the Kane County state’s lawyer’s workplace mentioned in an announcement
The alleged incident occurred shortly earlier than 6 p.m. in an Aurora house, prosecutors mentioned. Xayvong, who knew the lady beforehand, allegedly injured her through the assault.
Xayvong, who lives in Aurora, was ordered held Monday on $1 million bail by Kane County Associate Judge Keith Johnson, prosecutors mentioned. His subsequent courtroom date is ready for July 17.
