Hanley Ramirez quite literally just had the game of his life.
The Boston Red Sox’s first baseman blasted a career-high three home runs — to right field, center field and then left field — and added six RBIs in an 11-7 win over the San Francisco Giants.
But it just represented a good night at the plate, not anything Ramirez was intentionally trying to do. … For the most part.
In reality, he only wanted to help his team win and excite his teammates. He succeeded.
