A person is dealing with DUI and reckless murder fees after a deadly wrong-way crash Saturday in west suburban Naperville.
Frank P. Qualtier Jr., 54, used to be riding a silver Dodge Ram pickup west on Royce Road about 7:30 p.m. when it crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit a black Ford Fiesta head-on close to Lisson Road, in keeping with a remark from Naperville police.
