Zenit made headlines on Thursday by fighting back from 3-0 down to secure a sensational 4-3 victory at Maccabi Tel-Aviv in their opening game of this season’s UEFA Europa League. Like so many epic comebacks, the Russian side completed their win with a dramatic added-time clincher, Luka Djordjević heading in to leave the home fans bewildered.
