Democratic conference: Sen. Tammy Duckworth keynotes


Sen. Tammy Duckworth delivers a keynote deal with on the Democratic National Convention on Thursday evening, talking prior to Joe Biden accepts the Democratic presidential nomination.

Duckworth used to be on Biden’s shortlist to be his vice presidential pick out. At the 2008 Democratic conference, Duckworth offered Biden’s overdue son Beau prior to he spoke.

On the Illinois entrance, the Democratic Party of Illinois can have a press briefing. The members are Mary Morrissey, govt director, Democratic Party of Illinois; Rep. Danny Davis; and Arielle Maffei, president, Young Democrats of Illinois.
