As you’ve probably heard by now, the Yoan Moncada Era officially began for the Boston Red Sox on Friday.
The infielder was called up to the big leagues, where he’s expected to play a lot at third base. He also has the ability to put up big numbers at the plate — .910 OPS in 45 games with Double-A Portland this season — and on the basepaths with his speed.
