A teenage woman was shot and killed Tuesday outdoors a comfort retailer in south suburban Dolton.
Akeira Foster, 16, was in a automobile outdoors the Moonlight Food Deli & Liquor retailer, 1203 E. 142nd Street, about 9 p.m. when she was shot, based on Andrew Holmes, a Dolton Village Trustee, and the Cook County health worker’s workplace. Foster was struck twice within the stomach and pronounced useless at a neighborhood hospital.
