An individual is in custody after a person was discovered stabbed to demise Tuesday in Irving Park on the Northwest Side.
About 3:45 a.m., officers responded to the 3700 block of North Sacramento Avenue, and located a person laying on the sidewalk with stab wounds to his abdomen, Chicago police mentioned. The man, who stays unidentified, was pronounced useless on the scene.
The Cook County health worker’s workplace has not commented on the person’s demise.
The individual believed to have stabbed him remained on the scene and was taken into custody, police mentioned.
Area North detectives are investigating.
