Tom Lüthi (P1): “One of the TV journalists asked me on the grid if it is true that I had never won two races in a row and I obviously responded: “That is why I am here!” We tested different set-ups in the morning’s warm-up but it did not work; I was far off and on the limit. We stepped back to what we had yesterday during the couple of minutes when the track was dry and it was great. My start was really good, I tried to get away, maintaining my pace but Pasini and then Morbidelli managed to stay with me. Each time I crossed the line I saw that the gap was very small, 1 tenth, 1 tenth, 2 tenths, maybe 3 tenths one time, it was very close. Since I was leading most of the time I knew that Morbidelli was reading me and where my weak spots were, I didn’t know much about him; so I decided to let him pass me to study him and I understood that there was a gap if I exit really hard from the last corner, I could overtake him on the final straight. And now? I will not change anything: I will concentrate on myself and not where others are in the championship.”
