Yovani Yadiel Lopez, who authorities stated was reduce from his mom Marlen Ochoa-Lopez’s womb in April has died, in line with a household spokesperson.
“It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of baby Yovanny Jadiel Lopez,” Lopez household spokeswoman Julie Contreras stated in a press release on Facebook. “He passed away this Friday June 14, 2019 from his severe brain injury.”
“Please keep his family in your thoughts & prayers as they go through this difficult time,” she stated.
The child’s funeral can be held privately for household, Contreras stated.
Clarisa Figueroa, 46, and her daughter, Desiree Figuroa, 26, are accused of strangling Marlen Ochoa-Lopez and chopping Yovanny from her womb of their Scottsdale house.
Yovani had been within the new child intensive care unit for the reason that Figueroas introduced the kid to a hospital in April, shortly after killing Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, authorities say.
