Missed Opportunities Turn Into Lack Of Offense For Bruins, Lose 4-2 To Senators

The Boston Bruins were not in sync on Monday night in Ottawa as they fell to the Ottawa Senators 4-2. The Bruins had no execution and poor decision making throughout the entire game. Head coach Bruce Cassidy talked with NESN’s Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley after the game and gave credit to the Senators for creating turnovers in the neutral zone that prevented the Bruins from creating opportunities.

Cassidy also said that the Bruins did not capitalize on creating traffic and anxiety around the net in the offensive zone contributing to the lack of scoring Monday night.
