How qualifying works
- The team winners and the 3 runners-up with the most efficient file towards the edges first, 3rd, fourth and 5th of their sections will sign up for hosts England within the ultimate event.
- The different six runners-up will play off in April for the remainder 3 berths within the 16-team finals.
