Police are warning residents to pay attention to their environment following a pair of robberies in West Garfield Park on the West Side.
In every incident, one or two males strategy the victims close to an alley whereas one other individual waits in a black car, Chicago police stated. The robbers flash a gun and demand property, taking cell telephones and wallets.
The incidents occurred about 8:55 p.m. May 29 within the 4300 block of West North Avenue and about 1:50 p.m. May 31 within the 1700 block of North Kildare Avenue, police stated.
