South Chicago rollover crash injures 2 Chicago police


Two Chicago law enforcement officials had been injured when their squad automobile rolled over in a crash Monday in South Chicago.

The marked Chicago police Ford Explorer SUV was southbound on Yates Boulevard at 12:17 a.m. when it was hit by a Buick that was eastbound within the intersection with 85th Street, in accordance with Chicago police. The influence precipitated the police SUV to roll onto its facet.

Both officers inside, a person and a girl, had been taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in honest situation, in accordance with police. Fire officers initially mentioned the officers had been in essential situation, however police mentioned their accidents weren’t life-threatening.
