NFLPA Won’t Pursue Deflategate Appeals After Consulting With Tom Brady

Share this: It appears we officially can say goodbye to Deflategate. But the NFLPA tweeted Sunday shortly before Brady’s suspension expired at midnight that it is done after talking with Brady. After consultation with Tom Brady and our appellate counsel, we have decided to not pursue additional appeals in this matter. — NFLPA (@NFLPA) October 3, 2016 So there you have it, folks: Deflategate is history.
