Kevin White Injury: Fantasy Waiver Wire Replacements For Bears Star Entering Wee…

Chicago Bears wide receiver Kevin White is headed to injured reserve with an ankle injury that could sideline him for “an extended period of time.”

White wasn’t a dominant player for fantasy teams through the first four games of the season, but he does have a lot of talent and potential as a former No. 6 overall draft pick.

He also was playing a large role in Chicago’s passing offense with 23 targets over the last two weeks, in addition to back-to-back games of 50-plus receiving yards.

Even though we don’t know how long the injury will keep White out, the information in Rapoport’s tweet isn’t very encouraging.

So, after missing all of last season with an injury and failing to stay healthy in his sophomore campaign, it’s time to drop White from your fantasy roster. The only scenario in which it would be OK to consider keeping him is if you play in a keeper/dynasty league that uses PPR scoring.
