Isaiah Thomas had his best NBA seasons in Boston as a member of the Celtics. And even though he harbored some hard feelings toward the franchise after they traded him to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Kyrie Irving last offseason, the electric guard is open to wearing the green and white again. Thomas, who was traded from the Cavs to the Los Angeles Lakers at the NBA trade deadline, held a question and answer session on Twitter on Sunday. When he was asked about returning to Celtics as a free agent this summer, he didn’t shut the idea down. Now that would be something. Thomas averaged 28.9 points for the C’s last season while leading

Cavs’ LeBron James Doubles Down On Laura Ingraham Comments
LeBron James refuses to back down from Laura Ingraham. The back and forth between the Cleveland Cavaliers forward and FOX News host continued when James commented on Ingraham after leading Team LeBron to a 148-145 victory over Team Steph in the 2018 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night. “I will not shut up and dribble,” James told TNT’s Charles Barkley when asked if he had anything else to say to Ingraham after his initial response days earlier. “I owe it to my peers, my fans, the youth, and everyone that laid the path for me to get to this point.” James then pointed out the NBA legends in attendance for All-Star Weekend, including Bi... Kyrie Irving Likes Instagram Video Of Furious LeBron James Ripping Into Cavs
LeBron James may be “The King” when it comes to basketball, but Kyrie Irving certainly owns the title when it comes to sheer pettiness. The Cleveland Cavaliers got dusted by the Toronto Raptors on Thursday, losing 133-99. And during a timeout James took it upon himself to lead the huddle and rip into his teammates and coaches. One user on Instagram posted the video of James’ rage, and the Boston Celtics’ point guard liked the post in a hilarious demonstration of trolling. Irving certainly had a much better Thursday night than LeBron did, with the Celtics putting together a 22-point comeback in London to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 114-103. NESN.com
Isaiah Thomas ‘Tried To Force’ Cavs To Let Him Play On Wednesday
The delay on Isaiah Thomas’ return to the court will continue indefinitely, and it’s not without some brushback from the Cleveland Cavaliers point guard. Thomas has yet to make his debut since being traded from the Boston Celtics over the summer, and his timetable for return often has been up in the air as he’s rehabbed a hip injury. At one point, however, signs were pointing towards a potential return by the end of the calendar year. But on Wednesday, the 28-year-old was ruled out in the Cavs; loss to the Sacramento Kings. And he reportedly wasn’t too happy about it. After getting scratched, signs thereafter pointed toward a re... NESN.com
Cavs’ Isaiah Thomas Opens Up About Injury, Trade From Celtics In ESPN Interview
Isaiah Thomas soon will return to the NBA court bearing that familiar chip on his shoulder. As he nears his comeback from a long-term hip injury, the Cleveland Cavaliers guard gave a candid interview Tuesday with ESPN’s Rachel Nichols, in which he vowed to silence doubters and earn the lucrative contract he wants. Thomas also revealed the extent of the grudge he still bears against the Boston Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge for sending him to the Cavs last summer in a blockbuster trade for Kyrie Irving. Thomas might make his Cleveland debut against the Celtics on Jan. 3 at TD Garden. Thumbnail photo via YouTube/ES... NESN.com
Cavs’ Isaiah Thomas Fires Back At Notion That Kyrie Irving Is More Clutch
Kyrie Irving has been sensational for the Boston Celtics this season, to say the least. But don’t let his play cause you to forget how great Isaiah Thomas was during his time in Boston. ESPN reporter Chris Forsberg recently published an article about how clutch Irving has been since joining the C’s, and compared his crunch-time numbers to those of Thomas. No harm, no foul. However, the headline on ESPN.com read, “Isaiah who? Why Kyrie Irving is Boston’s new king of clutch time.” Assuming Thomas would have something to say about this, Twitter user Zach Pisani tweeted the photo at the Cleveland Cavaliers guard. Thomas took the bait, and offer... NESN.com
Isaiah Thomas Admits Cavs Vs. Celtics Eastern Conference Finals ‘Would Be Lovely’
Cleveland Cavaliers guard and former Boston Celtics star Isaiah Thomas has yet to play in a game this season, but he’s already looking toward the Eastern Conference finals. Thomas was asked recently during an interview with USA TODAY’s Sam Amick if having to get to the NBA Finals by way of beating the Celtics was ideal, and he seems to be on-board with the idea of a Boston-Cleveland showdown. “Oh, that would be lovely,” Thomas told Amick. “That would be the story that God made, and it probably will work that way. It always does. It always works — I’m not going to say in my favor, but it seems to always work out no
