The Penguins won their third Stanley Cup in nine seasons, leading Joshua Axelrod of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to debate with himself if Sidney Crosby is better than New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Sidney Crosby Makes Jeremy Roenick Eat Words With Game-Winning Goal

Sidney Crosby has amazing talent, but that didn’t stop former NHL player and current NBC Sports hockey analyst Jeremy Roenick from criticizing the Pittsburgh Penguins star during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference final. And it didn’t take very long for these choice words to come back and bite Roenick. Roenick picked a rather unfortunate night to rip Crosby for his effort, as the center evened the series with the Tampa Bay Lightning at one game apiece with his game-winning goal 40 seconds into overtime in the Penguins’ 3-2 win.
