I made a routine name to Thad Cook earlier this week to double examine the restart of fishing this winter at Powerton Lake. Then Cook, the location superintendent, and I wandered to the affect of trash and littering on public websites. Powerton, the cooling lake close to Pekin, is close to the top of a redo of the location from the parking zone to the launch. Cook appeared like a proud father. But he had a fear. ``We’ve had a variety of points with trash,’’ he stated. ``It is embarrassing as a human being, fairly actually.
