Share this: FOXBORO, Mass. — Marcus Cannon already is one of the longest-tenured players on the New England Patriots, and now he’s locked up for the longest contract on the team. The Patriots signed Cannon, whom they selected in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft, to a five-year extension through 2021 Tuesday. He’s seen significant improvement this season through a number of factors.
