The New England Patriots had another busy day on the transaction wire. The Patriots waived linebacker Eric Martin and signed running back Tyler Gaffney on Thursday. Former Patriots defensive tackle Dominique Easley went unclaimed on waivers after being released by New England on Wednesday. That means the Patriots currently are on the hook for Easley’s $ 1,083,959 in guaranteed salary.
