Cavaliers’ Kevin Love Re-Injures Same Left Shoulder Hurt In Playoffs (Video)

Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Kevin Love injured his left shoulder. The Cleveland Cavaliers big man appeared to suffer the injury during Wednesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers while being guarded by Kobe Bryant. It’s the same shoulder he injured during the 2015 playoffs against the Boston Celtics. There might be some good news, though. A stinger hurts, but it’s much better than another separated shoulder. Love and the Cavs can only hope that’s all it is. Thumbnail photo via David Richard/USA TODAY Sports Images ...

Aqib Talib: Tom Brady Is Toughest Quarterback To Face In Playoffs

Aqib Talib hasn’t lost any respect for his former quarterback since joining the Denver Broncos. The former Patriots cornerback helped his team earn a 23-16 win Sunday over the Pittsburgh Steelers in their AFC Divisional Playoff, giving the Broncos a chance to host New England in Denver for the AFC Championship Game. And Talib knows his next task won’t be easy. Because even though the Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, Talib told NFL Network’s James Palmer that Tom Brady is better. Much better. According to Schefter, Brady should be good to go when the Patriots begin their playoffs schedule on Jan. 16 in the AFC divisional round. Brady, who was seen limping after the Patriots’ loss in Miami, told reporters in his postgame news conference t...

Patriots Will Look to Slow Surging Colts During Divisional Round of Playoffs at Gillette (Video)

The New England Patriots will host the Indianapolis Colts in the divisional round of the playoffs on Saturday night. The Colts, who were able to overcome a 28-point deficit to pull off the unbelievable 45-44 win against the Kansas City Chiefs in the wild-card round, will look to build off that momentum when they come into Gillette this weekend. With Andrew Luck at the helm, the Pats will be tasked with slowing down the Indy offense and making sure they find a way to contain T.Y. Hilton. Offensively, New England will look to take advantage of the Colts defense that ranks 26th in rushing yards allowed. The tandem of LeGarrette Blount and Stevan Ridley will be key for the Patriots success. Check out the above
