A Waukegan man out on bond was rearrested Monday on gun and drug prices. Quinten Wooding, 33, was taken into custody within the 3000 block of Arthur Court after a two-month narcotics investigation, the Lake County sheriff’s workplace mentioned. He was already out on bond after an arrest in Zion for illegal possession of a managed substance with intent to ship.
