Broadcasting Wizard Tony Romo Predicts Where Bryce Harper Will Sign

Tony Romo dazzled NFL fans Sunday night with his performance in the broadcast booth during the AFC Championship Game between the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs. The CBS broadcaster pulled play call after play call out of his hat down the stretch, seemingly predicting nearly every play the Patriots ran correctly. The display inspired MLB super star free agent Bryce Harper to take to Twitter to comment on Romo’s wizardry in the booth. And naturally, Romo replied, with a nod to his adopted hometown team. And so it was … we guess Bryce Harper is a Ranger now. OK, maybe not. But one thing is for sure, we’re looking

Tony Romo Narrates Refs Discussing Penalty, Adds To Broadcasting-Funnies Reel

Tony Romo doesn’t narrate only cat-streaking videos. The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current CBS NFL analyst hilariously performed play-by-play duties Thursday night as referees discussed a potential penalty during the Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets Week 9 game. Bills defensive end Jerry Hughes appeared to bump one of the referees as he walked off the field, prompting this announcing gem from Romo. The play-by-play of the referees’ discussion is Romo’s latest addition to his personal reel of broadcasting hilarity. Tony Romo Has Injury Scare After Awkwardly Landing On Back In Cowboys-Seahawks

Tony Romo just can’t catch a break. The Cowboys quarterback’s injury history needs its own encyclopedia, and he added another section to it Thursday night in Dallas’ preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks. Just three plays in, Romo was flushed out of the pocket before landing awkwardly on his back after being tackled from behind by defensive end Cliff Avril. Luckily the injury doesn’t appear to be too serious. But considering the QB only played in four games in 2015, this is the last thing the Cowboys needed to see in a preseason game.
