Anderson Silva has been pulled from his scheduled middleweight fight against Uriah Hall due to abdominal pain that doctors believe is related to a gall bladder issue, UFC officials confirmed to FOX Sports. After experiencing the pain, Silva was examined by a physician and diagnosed with cholecystitis, an inflammation of the gall bladder. The condition could result in Silva going into surgery to have the organ removed. “No decisions have been made as we are exploring the possibility of a new opponent for Hall,” UFC officials told FOX Sports on Tuesday.
