Things got heated between Celtics point guard Marcus Smart and 76ers center Joel Embiid less than one minute into the second half of the Celtics’ 118-113 loss to the Philadelphia on Wednesday. Smart took a tumble in the paint after running into a pick set by Embiid, colliding with his seemingly outstretched elbow. The Celtics point guard shoved Embiid to the ground in response, and sparks went flying between the two teams. Smart received a Flagrant 2 for the push and was ejected from the game. Kyrie Irving Has ‘No Regrets” After Vulgar Outburst Toward Sixers Fan
Kyrie Irving had a bit of a foot-in-mouth moment during the Boston Celtics’ 102-92 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday. The Celtics guard, however, apparently wouldn’t change a thing. As Irving headed toward the locker room with his team trailing at halftime, a 76ers fan yelled, “Hey Kyrie, where’s LeBron (James)?” The new Celtic quickly responded in a very NSFW way, and the moment was captured on video.
