A former U.S. Olympian went to jail recently. Picabo Street, a 2002 Gold medalist skier, was arrested last month and later charged with assault, according to the Associated Press, citing charging documents. The 44-year-old reportedly locked her 76-year-old father in the basement before calling authorities. She told police that her father had pulled her hair as a result of a fight, the report states.
