Movistar Yamaha MotoGP and Monster Yamaha Tech 3 did not attend the Jerez test, instead electing to test privately at Sepang International Circuit, and Repsol Honda riders Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez also sat Jerez out. Miller: “This test was really important”

Perfect weather at the Red Bull Ring gave the MotoGP™ World Championship teams testing there two very productive days. Jack Miller (Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS) was able to learn the circuit on his RC213V, having only previously ridden there on a 125cc machine in the German Championship. KTM delighted with progress after test
