A person has been charged in reference to the triple taking pictures on the CTA Monday that left a person lifeless and two others wounded. Torrez Cathery, 23, was arrested in west suburban Oak Brook Thursday, two days after a warrant was issued for his arrest, Chicago police stated. He was charged with one depend of first-degree homicide and two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm. Cathery was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals and Chicago Police officers, in line with Interim CPD Supt. Charlie Beck. He has been arrested 22 instances on gun, trespassing, battery and drug expenses, amongst others, in line with police.
