It Sure Sounds Like Conor McGregor Is Losing His UFC Lightweight Belt

Conor McGregor has run out of time, it appears. UFC president Dana White all but confirmed Wednesday he’ll strip McGregor of his UFC lightweight title in an interview with TMZ Sports. White told TMZ Sports that when Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov fight at UFC 223 on April 7, it will be for the “real” lightweight title. “It’s not for interim title,” White said. “That fight is for the title.” TMZ Sports pointed out that scenario means White will have to strip McGregor of his belt, to which White replied, “Right.” White suggested he hasn’t officially broken the news to McGregor yet, but doesn’t expect the UFC ... Did Conor McGregor Close Door On Possible Floyd Mayweather Rematch?

Did Conor McGregor Close Door On Possible Floyd Mayweather Rematch?

Maybe Floyd Mayweather Jr. is done with combat sports after all. Mayweather initially hung up his gloves after his 49th boxing victory, but he came out of retirement for a superfight with Conor McGregor, which Mayweather won via 10th-round TKO. The Mayweather-McGregor feud didn’t end after the late-summer clash, though, as the two superstars continued the war of words via social media. And as the trash talk intensified, rumors began to circulate that there would be a rematch, only this time it would be in the octagon. It’s unclear how legitimate this UFC megabout really is, but it appears Money Mayweather might be shying away from the idea. In an Instagram photo ... NESN.com

Paige VanZant Grosses Out Internet With Photo Of Very Nasty Cut On Foot

Paige VanZant is a very beautiful woman, but feet are disgusting, and the UFC star’s dew-beaters leave much to be desired these days thanks to a huge gash. VanZant completely grossed out the internet Thursday by posting a photo of a nasty cut she apparently suffered on her left foot. It’s unclear what exactly happened, but the cut looks like one of those fake wounds you buy at one of those pop-up stores around Halloween. Consider yourself warned. The following photo could be nauseating for some.

Jon Jones, Brock Lesnar Both Showing Interest In Potential UFC Superfight

Share this: Jon Jones’ bout with Daniel Cormier at UFC 214 will be one of the most important fights of his career. The former Light Heavyweight Champion could have an even bigger fight looming on the horizon, though. In a recent Facebook Live chat, Jones surprised many by saying he’d love to fight former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, although he wouldn’t expect Lesnar to agree to such a fight. But Lesnar, who currently competes in the WWE, apparently is ready to go. “Would I fight Jon Jones? Anytime, anywhere,” Lesnar told The Associated Press on Tuesday. “Right now he should be worried about (UFC 214) on Saturday night.” Obviously, Lesnar would present a huge challenge for Jones, and “Bones” knows it. “He’s a massive

Jon Jones Takes Explosive Jab At Daniel Cormier With Weight Update Photo

Share this: Jon Jones’ and Daniel Cormier’s social media war continues to escalate. The two won’t be fighting for the light heavyweight title until July 29 at UFC 214, but the rivals have been exchanging plenty of barbs on Twitter and Instagram. Jones took the latest shot on Instagram with a weight update photo, mocking Cormier from the UFC 210 weigh-ins when he controversially held a towel prior to defeating Anthony “Rumble” Johnson to defend his belt. Some might say Jones was being a tad hypocritical with his hashtags in the caption, considering this will be his first fight following a one-year ban for a doping violation.
