Man tries to abduct lady strolling to high school in Belmont

Police are trying to find a person wished for tried kidnapping in Belmont Cragin on the Northwest Side. A lady was strolling to high school on June three when the person approached her within the 4800 block of West Fullerton Avenue, Chicago police mentioned. He adopted her and tried to persuade her to come back to his residence, police mentioned. She managed to flee and alert authorities. Police mentioned the person was between 40 and 50 years outdated, standing about 5-feet-1-inches tall with partially grey hair.
