Kyrie Irving Hilariously Trash Talks John Wall After Missed Dunk

John Wall had to have known that he was going to receive some grief for his loud gaffe Monday night. In the first quarter of the Boston Celtics’ matchup with the Washington Wizards on Christmas Day, Wall furiously attacked the basket and elevated for a highlight-reel dunk, but the star point guard was denied by the rim in an embarrassing sequence. The TD Garden crowd serenaded Wall with sarcastic applause after the missed dunk, but they weren’t the only ones to get on Wall’s case. On an ensuing possession up the court, Kyrie Irving reminded his cross-court rival of the opportunity he squandered. Although Irving’s snarky remark was pretty funn... NESN.com

Red Sox Wrap: Royals Use Seventh-Inning Rally To Down Boston 4-2

Jackie Bradley Jr. has made numerous amazing catches for the Boston Red Sox, but this time he should have let the ball drop. The Red Sox and Kansas City Royals were deadlocked during the seventh inning Monday night when Drew Butera hit a laser to left-center field. Bradley, who had been shading toward right field, took off on a dead sprint when the ball left Butera’s bat, attempting to make another highlight-reel play. The talented center fielder left his feet but it was to no avail. The ball skipped past Bradley and rolled to the wall, allowing Butera to motor around to third base. The Royals took the lead one batter later and would

Vermont Governor’s Season Racing Debut Goes Off Track, Ends In Ditch

With just a few laps to go in the 55th Memorial Day Classic in Barre, Vt., Scott’s No. 14 Late Model stock car was bumped by another car, then scraped the wall and went off track, WCAX-TV reports. The Vermont governor actually was running P2 at the time of the wreck, which ended his day. F1’s Romain Grosjean Worried New Monaco Curbs Are Like ‘Take Off Ramp’

Share this: The Cicuit de Monaco has more or less remained the same since it first hosted a race in 1929. But one small change made ahead of the 2017 Formula One Monaco Grand Prix has Haas F1 Team driver Romain Grosjean concerned. Grosjean, director of the Grand Prix Drivers Association, said he’s worried new curbs at the swimming pool chicane could cause more drivers to end up in the wall, according to Motorsport.com. Many drivers have expressed concerns over new curbing along the wall on exit, but Grosjean is more concerned with the first part of the chicane. Larger yellow speed bumps have been placed inside the first turn to slow cars down, by preventing drivers from excessively cutting the corner. “It looks like a taking

Isaiah Thomas, John Wall Both Know Celtics, Wizards Don’t Like Each Other

The Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards clearly don’t like each other. The two teams exchanged unpleasantries throughout the regular season, and the rivalry has boiled over into their Eastern Conference semifinals series. While the first two games at TD Garden were physical, they didn’t hold a candle to Game 3 at the Verizon Center on Thursday night. Three players were ejected from the contest, which Washington ultimately won 116-89. Kelly Oubre Jr. was the first player tossed from the game after he viciously shoved Kelly Olynyk in the second quarter. Terry Rozier and Brandon Jennings followed suit in the fourth quarter, as both players wer... NESN.com
