Only objectives registered in UEFA membership or worldwide fixtures in 2018/19 have been eligible for consideration. Goals from accomplished competitions have been shortlisted by UEFA’s technical observers, which incorporates former worldwide coaches and gamers, with UEFA’s professional panel drawing up the ultimate ten.
