Watch Bill Murray Crash The White House … And Plug The Chicago Cubs

Bill Murray, who really needs no introduction, has never shied away from sharing his feelings about the Chicago Cubs or their opponents.

And while reports said Murray visited the White House on Friday so President Barack Obama could congratulate him on winning the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, the movie star used it as a platform to reinforce his confidence in the Cubs, who are one win away from advancing to the World Series.

The Cubs currently lead the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 in the National League Championship Series, but will have to face Clayton Kershaw in Game 6 with a trip to the team’s first World Series since 1945 on the line.

But Murray feels that winning the pennant is a foregone conclusion, saying: “I feel very confident that Clayton Kershaw is a great, great pitcher, but we got too many sticks.”

If the Cubs do make the Fall Classic, we can only hope for more moments like these:

The Cubs and Dodgers will square off in Game 6 of the NLCS in Chicago on Saturday at 8:08 p.m. ET.
