Kevin Durant is taking advantage of Bay Area unselfishness.
The Golden State Warriors star ate a fan’s nacho Wednesday night at Oracle Arena during the team’s Opening Night Practice. Video of the heart-warming exchange is doing the rounds on the Internet.
Durant, who heads into his first season with the Warriors, made quite the impression on the youngster, according to the boy’s father.
Durant’s encounter of the nacho kind came just two days after he hailed the Warriors’ “selfless” nature in an interview with The Mercury News’ Anthony Slater.
Many interpreted Durant’s comments as a verbal shot against the Oklahoma City Thunder, whose star point guard Russell Westbrook didn’t seem to think much of his ex-teammates opinion.
Apparently, their feud is alive and well.
Regardless of what Westbrook thinks, Durant seems to know selflessness when he sees it and won’t hesitate to move in that direction.
