A girl managed to flee her automotive after it careened off Interstate 88 and right into a retention pond Saturday in west suburban Aurora.
In the night, authorities responded to a crash on the westbound on/off ramp of I-88 at Bilter Road, Aurora police mentioned. They discovered a grey Honda that was 200 ft off the street and in a retention pond.
The lady behind the wheel was in a position to get out of the automotive with no accidents, police mentioned. She was checked out by medics on the scene and wasn’t transported to a hospital.
The Aurora Emergency Management Agency helped take away the Honda from the pond.
