A lady was wounded in a capturing Monday in Park Manor on the South Side.
About eight p.m., the 24-year-old and one other individual have been in a car parked within the 500 block of East 71st Street when somebody opened fireplace, Chicago police mentioned.
The lady was struck within the forearm and within the thigh, police mentioned. She was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, the place her situation was stabilized.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
