Boy, 4, discovered working in avenue on South Side


A 4-year-old boy was discovered working on the street Tuesday on the South Side.

About 7 a.m. the boy was working throughout the road close to Garfield Boulevard and Seeley Avenue, in response to an alert from Chicago police.

The boy’s first title is both Miguel or Medill, police stated. He speaks Spanish with restricted English.

Anyone who is aware of the id of the boy is requested to name Area South detectives at 312-747-8274.
